Refund, pause & reschedule policy

Parents look for this page before they pay, which is exactly why it exists as its own page rather than as a line in the terms.

Last updated: [CONFIRM: date this policy was reviewed]

Refunds

[CONFIRM: refund window and terms — how many days after the first paid class, and whether a pro-rata refund applies mid-month]

What we can state now without qualification: the demo class is free and carries no obligation, there is no admission fee to lose, and nothing is locked into an annual contract.

Pausing

[CONFIRM: pause policy — maximum pause length, whether the seat is held, and whether fees carry forward]

Families pause for exams, for travel, and sometimes because a child needs a break from chess. The third reason is as legitimate as the other two, and asking for it will not be treated as a problem.

Rescheduling a class

[CONFIRM: number of free reschedules per month and how much notice is required]

Where a class is missed, we will always tell you what was covered so your child can catch up before the next session.

If we cancel

If we cancel a class for any reason — coach illness, a public holiday, anything else — it is rescheduled or credited in full. You never lose a class because of us.

Switching format or track

Moving between online and in-person, or between age tracks, costs nothing and repeats nothing: the curriculum and levels are identical across both formats. Where a child is moved up or down a track, we speak to you first and explain why.

How to request any of this

WhatsApp +91 82174 25648 or email [CONFIRM: hello@64moves.com]. A person reads it. We will confirm in writing what has been agreed, so that there is a record for both of us.
